Da hat die absolut Recht, denn nur so konnten engagierte Rechtsanwälte in den #USA diese vergangene Woche die #SignalGate-Affäre der #US-Regierung gerichtlich an den Pranger stellen.
Dass es nur auf bundes- & nicht auf landesebene gilt, ist eigentlich skandalös. "Accountablity" ist eigentlich einer DER zentralen #Demokratie-Garanten. Dazu ist #Transparenz der politisch Handelnden und der öffentlichen Verwaltung unabdingbar.
