Ariel (🐿 arc)<p>Batocera's x86_64 image boots straight into it like a live disk, not an installer.</p><p>Okay...fine, but when I go to the install option inside it insists on internet to...download the image?</p><p>Well I guess it doesn't know or have access to whatever it's booted from. MAJO 🇵🇸🇺🇦🇳🇴🏴‍☠️<p>So, I've been fiddling with a <a href="https://techhub.social/tags/Batocera" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Batocera</span></a> based emulation station for the kids, the last couple of weeks. It's really neat, all the classic roms you can think of, combined with quality gamepads from 8bitdo. </p><p>The Batocera is fully capable of running games for The Nintendo <a href="https://techhub.social/tags/Switch" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Switch</span></a>, with some minor tweaks.</p><p>I finally took it a bit further and acquired a used <a href="https://techhub.social/tags/Nintendo" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Nintendo</span></a> Switch Light for ≈€120, complete with the <a href="https://techhub.social/tags/Picofly" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Picofly</span></a> <a href="https://techhub.social/tags/Jailbreak" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Jailbreak</span></a>.
