pfriedmaPSA<br>If you have to call CVS and actually need to speak to the pharmacy, this is difficult. Their new automated phone tree really only lets you leave a message which isn't good if you have a time sensitive question.<br><br>Pharmacists are over worked, and I understand that they don't want to be interrupted, but this is ableist.<br><br>If you *need* to speak to the pharmacist, dial 8003 *as soon as the system picks up* and you should get put into the pharmacy phone queue to actually speak to someone.<br><a class="hashtag" href="https://pfedi.pfriedma.org/tag/psa" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#PSA</a> <a class="hashtag" href="https://pfedi.pfriedma.org/tag/cvspharmacy" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#CVSPharmacy</a>
