Wen<p>Yesterday afternoons run</p><p>Having to be at the Western General for the day and with time to kill, the dug ad I took a little time to run along the seafront at Cramond, and doing so in the afternoon were able to get over the old E-boat defences to the island. A gorgeous afternoon and a linear run of 10.5k, path, beach and track.
