Именно об одном из таких девайсов мы и поговорим, а заодно и посмотрим на него в работе.</p><p><a href="https://habr.com/ru/companies/timeweb/articles/890956/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">habr.com/ru/companies/timeweb/</span><span class="invisible">articles/890956/</span></a></p><p><a href="https://zhub.link/tags/timeweb_%D1%81%D1%82%D0%B0%D1%82%D1%8C%D0%B8" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>timeweb_статьи</span></a> <a href="https://zhub.link/tags/%D0%B0%D0%B2%D1%82%D0%BE%D0%B8%D0%BD%D1%84%D0%BE%D1%80%D0%BC%D0%B0%D1%82%D0%BE%D1%80" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>автоинформатор</span></a> <a href="https://zhub.link/tags/%D1%82%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%BC%D0%B2%D0%B0%D0%B9" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>трамвай</span></a> <a href="https://zhub.link/tags/%D1%82%D1%80%D0%BE%D0%BB%D0%BB%D0%B5%D0%B9%D0%B1%D1%83%D1%81_%D0%B8%D0%B7_%D0%B1%D1%83%D1%85%D0%B0%D0%BD%D0%BA%D0%B8_%D1%85%D0%BB%D0%B5%D0%B1%D0%B0" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>троллейбус_из_буханки_хлеба</span></a> <a href="https://zhub.link/tags/%D0%B0%D0%B3%D0%B8%D1%82%D0%B0%D1%86%D0%B8%D1%8F" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>агитация</span></a> <a href="https://zhub.link/tags/dsp" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>dsp</span></a> <a href="https://zhub.link/tags/%D1%86%D0%B8%D1%84%D1%80%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%BE%D0%B9_%D1%81%D0%B8%D0%B3%D0%BD%D0%B0%D0%BB%D1%8C%D0%BD%D1%8B%D0%B9_%D0%BF%D1%80%D0%BE%D1%86%D0%B5%D1%81%D1%81%D0%BE%D1%80" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>цифровой_сигнальный_процессор</span></a> <a href="https://zhub.link/tags/compact_flash" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>compact_flash</span></a> <a href="https://zhub.link/tags/msdos" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>msdos</span></a> <a href="https://zhub.link/tags/windows_98" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>windows_98</span></a> <a href="https://zhub.link/tags/%D1%82%D0%B0%D0%B1%D0%BB%D0%BE" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>табло</span></a> <a href="https://zhub.link/tags/rs485" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>rs485</span></a></p>

Spencer<p>The descriptions of "noise shaping" in Sigma-Delta ADCs always bugged me; how and why is the noise pushed up into higher frequencies? This block diagram shows it easily. At f ➡️ 0 the signal term goes to X and the noise term goes to 0. At high f it is the opposite. Effectively it is a low pass on the signal and a high pass on the noise. <a href="https://til.maroukis.net/attachments/TIL---Sigma-Delta-ADCs-1739277561096.jpeg" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">til.maroukis.net/attachments/T</span><span class="invisible">IL---Sigma-Delta-ADCs-1739277561096.jpeg</span></a> More at: <a href="https://til.maroukis.net/The-black-magic-of-noise-shaping-in-Sigma-Delta-ADCs" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">til.maroukis.net/The-black-mag</span><span class="invisible">ic-of-noise-shaping-in-Sigma-Delta-ADCs</span></a> <a href="https://hachyderm.io/tags/electronics" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>electronics</span></a> <a href="https://hachyderm.io/tags/dsp" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>dsp</span></a> <a href="https://hachyderm.io/tags/engineering" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>engineering</span></a> <a href="https://hachyderm.io/tags/signalprocessing" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>signalprocessing</span></a></p>
j5v<p>I was writing a .WAV exporter for Boop (audio app), because other available code seemed to be doing it wrong, with respect to negative values in PCM audio.</p><p>Specifically, some apps scale negative values over 128 steps, and positive values over 127. It's asymmetric.</p><p>And a problem, if apps don't agree. Which they don't; there's no standard in the format; just opportunity.</p><p>So I'm in the symmetric +/-127 camp.</p><p>Same for 16, 24, 32 bits, signed.</p><p><a href="https://johnvalentine.co.uk/?art=boop" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="">johnvalentine.co.uk/?art=boop</span><span class="invisible"></span></a></p><p><a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/dsp" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>dsp</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/audio" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>audio</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/dev" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>dev</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/media" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>media</span></a></p>
