I used a different chai blend with the same ratios and it didn't taste as nice. But this is at least a starting point... and it may be irrelevant because I use different equipment! This is made for a Hario Switch (combination infusion/pourover device).

Ingredients:
* 10 grams ground coffee beans
* 20 grams chai mix/blend (this is not "instant chai", it is a mix of herbs and spices, without any milk powder, but with added sweetener)
* 250 ml boiling water

Method:

1. Set the Hario Switch to infusion mode
2. Put in your coffee filter
3. Pour in the hot water FIRST
4. Pour in the coffee NEXT. Stir gently to make sure all the coffee is submerged.
5. Then the chai mix LAST. Stir this gently also.
6. Allow to steep for 2 minutes.
7. Set the Hario Switch over to pourover mode and let the liquid drain into the jug

Pour into your cup and enjoy!

Yes, no milk. It is delicious enough without it, but it would be delicious with lovely frothy milk too.

#Coffee #Chai #DirtyChai
