Meeting Katy Manning was a _delight_. I hope I have half that much energy when I'm her age, she's a joy and an absolute pip.</p><p>(Colin Baker was also a delight but I didn't talk to him personally, that was just him being on stage. But great! Just, not the same. ^_^ )</p><p>The other one ties into cosplay. I wasn't playing The Doctor but I was quietly playing ... someone not unlike that ... and carrying around my home-built screen-identical _functional_ Second Doctor sonic screwdriver - when I ran into a Dalek. So I whipped out my sonic, making Second Doctor disgruntled noises and examining it while it made various disconcerted Dalek noises back at me. A fun collection of brisk stories from across the 6th Doctor's timeline. The storyline threading them together is quite daft, but this is a deliberately lighthearted adventure and a very enjoyable one. Some excellent character moments, good gags, and a satisfying conclusion.</p>
