Dazu habe ich im Bücherregal nach den ältesten Büchern mit Jahreszahl. Ich habe dann versucht, verschiedene schöne Perspektiven zu finden, um das Buch und die Zahl in den Fokus zu rücken. Mit einer Draufsicht auf die Kante hatte ich die Jahreszahl schön im Fokus und auch etwas von den Seiten, aber der unscharfe Keil der dann ins Bild reinragte hat genervt.<br>

Offensichtliche Lösung: Endlich Focus Stacking lernen! Etwas frimelig, ging dann aber doch.<br>

Da ich gerade krank bin, muss ich "in house" ein wenig experimentieren. Ich freue mich bereits auf viele weitere Experimente in diesem Bereich; zumal die nächsten Tage noch das <a href="https://swiss.social/tags/Laowa" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Laowa</span></a> 25mm eintreffen wird.</p>

Richard Creamer<p>Here is a 'focus stack' practice image from Lake McClure taken a couple of days ago. For those not familiar with focus stacks, it means that you take, say 5, images focused from the closest element in a scene to the farthest element (in this case, infinity. You then use software to combine them into a single photo where the software takes the sharpest sections of the 5 images so that the entire scene is in focus. This is helpful if sharpness is important since lenses have a 'sweet spot' aperture (in this case the lens' sweet spot aperture is f5.6). But in order to get more 'depth of field' in a single photo, you need to set the aperture to say, f11-f16. But when you use smaller apertures (larger f-stop numbers), the sharpness degrades due to 'diffraction.' Anyway, here is a test shot from about 5 images.
