#TheLastStand (2013) : Chevrolet Corvette C6 ZR1 (Cortez) and Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 (Owens).
General Motors provided seven of each muscle car for filming, only two were returned in pristine condition with others heavily modified for filming. The climatic chase in a 24-acre cornfield outside Albuquerque was made particularly tricky due to a snowstorm prior to filming. The production had not planned for muddy and hard to drive on ground adding to the complications.

#JackReacher (2012) : 1970 Chevelle SS 396
During pre-production, nine Chevelles in total were procured, mostly lower trim level models, some even lacking a V8, from states as disparate as Michigan, Ohio, and Connecticut. Only one of the nine cars was a legitimate SS 396 and never actually made an appearance in the film, but instead was later snapped up and kept by Cruise himself.
When Jack Reacher's car crashes into some barrels, the car accidentally stalled upon the impact, but Tom Cruise was luckily able to restart the car before driving off again. Rather than do a retake, Christopher McQuarrie decided to leave it in the film, as he felt it added to the suspense of the scene.
