Ms. Que Banh<p>Lê Đức Thọ (14 October 1911 – 13 October 1990), was a <a href="https://beige.party/tags/Vietnamese" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Vietnamese</span></a> <a href="https://beige.party/tags/revolutionary" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>revolutionary</span></a> general, diplomat & politician.
