De Archeoloog<p>In <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Eekloo" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Eekloo</span></a> konden geïnteresseerden tijdens een open dag op 15 maart een deel van de vondsten bekijken die <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/archeologen" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>archeologen</span></a> tot nu toe op de markt daar hebben gedaan. Ze vonden daar onder andere 9 <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/skeletten" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>skeletten</span></a> van eind 13e tot de 17e eeuw, een oude gracht en een <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/oven" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>oven</span></a> (mogelijk een broodoven) die nog verder wordt onderzocht. Jason Pettus PhotographyI'm spending the winter making bread for my co-op housemates several times every week, and this time I'm taking the extra step to post photos throughout the entire breadmaking process. (See my timeline for the entire series.) We're 15 minutes away from baking, which means it's time to preheat the Dutch oven the dough will bake in. In most home kitchens, you actually start preheating 30 minutes before baking, by placing your Dutch oven directly on the bottom rack; but our 20-person co-op has an industrial stove usually meant for restaurants, which gets REALLY hot REALLY fast, so I only have to preheat for 15 minutes, and must lift my Dutch oven off the bottom rack or else burn the bottom of my bread. The magic starts soon!<br>
