Bob LeFridge :tinoflag:A couple more kiwi "sovereign citizens" have had their day in court.Bradley & Michelle O’Donnell from Raglan decided they didn't need building consent or other formalities when they added an extra room onto their house. The couple refused to meet with the Council unless they were paid.
