Spinner<p>Eddie VH was one of only two according to Steve Vai (the first being Hendrix). People that compare the wave of shredders that came up after Eddie to him aren't being fair. But rock guitar is more than fast riffs and dive bombs. Randy Rhoads, so widely regarded for his leads, was very innovative as a rhythm guitarist. I love his tinny sound, which gives the drums, bass and vocals full space underneath. Rhoads was a better rhythm player than Malmsteen for example.</p><p><a href="https://dice.camp/tags/VanHalen" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>VanHalen</span></a> <a href="https://dice.camp/tags/Rhoads" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Rhoads</span></a> <a href="https://dice.camp/tags/Guitar" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Guitar</span></a></p>
