It’s been a while since I’ve gotten up before sunrise (except the darkest winter months obviously), and that can only mean one thing: it’s #rollerderby time!

But first a 4.5hr drive to Aalborg with 3 other officials before reffing 3 games… and then driving back.

It’s going to be a long day 😅

So I should re #introduce myself; used to host my own instance at artemai when that was a thing; decided to get back on Mastodon again because the rest of social is a dumpsterfire.

Ten years ago I landed in #liveevents and #visionswitch / 📹 #camera #direct #sports presentation in major 🏟️ #stadiums along with building software for data-driven #content for use in those environments.

I used to officiate 🛼#RollerDerby but have streamed it since 2014 as Downunder Derby TV. I still manage socials for and help co-ordinate Queer Roller Derby - @queerderby.

Format: Three JRDA games and two regulation WFTDA.

Holala l'entraînement de roller derby était trop bien !!
Ça y est maintenant j'ai envie que ça dure plus longtemps, à chaque fois !!
Ce soir à la fin des deux heures je n'avais qu'une envie : continuer.
On a fait des matches fresh contre fresh et l'un de mes avantages par rapport aux autres c'est que je joue depuis plus longtemps donc meilleure lecture de jeu. J'ai quand même fait des erreurs et des fautes mais je sais quoi et quand.
Bref vive le #RollerDerby :shibahearteyes:
