Mothy and the Squid<p>Brown and white cat, a dark chocolatey mix that is warmer than black at white, as many of our feline friends are when you snuggle closer. This yarn is of placid temperament but loves to be played with. Gabriel<p>❄️Learning is a process. 🧶</p><p>These fingerless gloves were my first knitting project. I worked them flat and sewed the sides while leaving a gap for the thumb hold. TanjaLet's talk about blocking your crochet pieces. Blocking is magic and can bring your project to a whole new level. <br> Swipe to see what this snowflake ornament looked like before and during blocking. In this case I was also working with starch, which I don't do for shawls. But it's useful for an ornament. <br> By the way - you don't need expensive equipment to block something. In this case, I used a kids' playmat and some pins.
