⏚ Bassines ? Bah Non !Oradour sur Vayre : fin du projet de centrale solaireLe 20 décembre 2020, un article intitulé « Sarrasin contre photovoltaïque » a été publié. Il dénonçait notamment l’installation d’une industrie solaire sur des terres cultivées en bio. Nous tenions à vous informer que le combat mené par l’association Vayres Oradour Défense Environnement (VODE) s’est achevé ce 6 février, après 5 ans de lutte : la Cour administrative d’appel confirme l’illégalité du permis de construire délivré par la préfecture le 26 avril 2023 autorisant la construction d’une centrale solaire. Ce projet n’aura donc pas de suite. Nous avons dû nous battre contre la préfecture de Haute-Vienne, contre l’entreprise qui portait le projet (Corfu solaire), contre le ministère de la transition écologique, contre le conseil communautaire Ouest-Limousin, contre le conseil municipal d’Oradour-sur-Vayres qui, tous, par incompétence ou malhonnêteté, ont soutenu le projet alors qu’il était illégal.C’est donc sur le terrain du Droit que le combat a été mené.
