Lauralala<p>Je vous avais dit ? Ça fait 1 an et demi que je fais de la savate boxe française (au format assaut, évidemment, c'est à dire à la touche, sans puissance). Et c'est trop bien !</p><p>C'est très technique, ça demande du cardio, du gainage, de l'équilibre, de la souplesse (articulaire et musculaire), etc. Et tout ça sans risque puisqu'il n'y a pas de puissance. Bref, c'est vraiment génial en complément du vélo. J'avais les articulations de mes hanches qui commençaient à se raidir, il était temps de faire qqch !</p><p>J'ai fait ma 2eme compétition il y a une semaine tout pile à Paris organisée par le Paname Boxing Club, et on a reçu les photos. (C'est pas évident de prendre les photos au bon moment !!). J'ai le short bleu sur les photos.<br>C'était une compétition réservée aux personnes qui débutaient, donc parfait pour moi !</p><p>J'ai gagné mon 1er assaut 🙂<br>J'ai perdu mon 2eme assaut 😞<br>J'ai gagné mon 3eme assaut qui était la revanche de mon assaut perdu 🙂</p><p>C'était là 2eme fois que je montais sur un ring.
