Makes it sound like a group you'd gather with over a campfire.Having finally been forced to give up the easy money generated by the infamous 'five minute' rule (whereby people have 5 minutes to pay by app for a space in a car park - even if they have no phone reception), what does this 'community' have to say:'we're making the change today because it is the right thing to do'.
