Piggleston Pecanpants<p>Sometimes vintage/antique finds come in stages. I found this unusual paddle and knew I wanted to make it into an amaro flight sampler. This meant searching for small, low glasses with a large foot. They aren't easy to find. Most of these type of glasses have a small foot. Glassware: Double old-fashioned<br>
Method: Combine lemon, orgeat, rye, and bitters in a shaker with ice and shake. Add the beer directly to the serving glass, then open pour the shaker into the glass. Garnish with mint.<br>

1½ oz lime juice<br>
2 dashes Maggi liquid seasoning<br>
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce<br>
2 dashes Tabasco sauce<br>
12 oz Mexican lager beer<br>

Garnish: salted rim, lime wheel<br>
Method: First, salt the rim of the glass by rubbing it with a cut-open lime and rolling it in a shallow bowl filled with Tahín or salt. Now build the drink in glass, adding ingredients in the order listed. Once the beer is in, garnish with a lime wheel and add a few small ice cubes then serve.<br>

Maggi seasoning is really easy to find in Germany, but if not by you then soy sauce is a decent substitute. Tabasco also up for substitution according to your prefs. What isn’t negotiable is drinking this in the sunshine!<br>
<br>
One more mod if you’re feeling sassy is to serve with a side of danger, a neat shot alongside that someone can add as they wish. Tequila and Mezcal are excellent choices!<br>
