The King appears to have accepted his guest's attire with equanimity. When <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/gandhi" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>gandhi</span></a> was criticised afterwards about his skimpy attire he remarked that his host had worn enough clothing for the two of them!</p>
