Tom SheppardThis is my eufy doorbell camera. If I configure it to avoid false positives like thinking a bush, or snow on a roof across the street is a human, then it doesn't detect people coming to the door. If I set it to detect people, I get numerous false positives at dusk and dawn for things that aren't even moving. I can set an activity area and one square ignore area that the app doesn't respect. They even tried denying it until the news got too big for them to counter, bloody hell. Nach 6-7 Jahren war das aber scheinbar weder vierkant, noch Kupplung mehr. Das Ersatzteil kostet nur 20€ und offen hatte ich das Gerät ja oft genug.Ab heute wird die Bude wieder sauber gemacht!Eigentlich echt ärgerlich, das ist so eine offensichtliche Sollbruchstelle. Y Gath GochEDIT: Solved by putting in a fresh SD card. Wondering if anyone here can help? I’ve got the Eufy Homebase 2C camera set, and the iOS app is sending me event alerts, but no clips are saved in the events section. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted the base unit and tried on WiFi and cellular but still no joy.
