Doing it seems really obvious to me. Too obvious? Maybe a legendary constitutional law scholar such as Laurence Tribe could come up with a better test of the Trump Reich Supreme Court's break-from-reality presidential immunity ruling. This is the best test I can come up with. Arresting Alito, Thomas, and maybe Gorsuch - okay, probably Gorsuch - okay, okay, definitely Gorsuch - people who authorized the president to do it - seems like the perfect test. The president can jail those three injustices and see the response coming from those who "serve" on the Supreme Court who have not been arrested yet. Makes sense to me.
