I sketched this out yesterday and dreamed of crows last night. The last linocut I made was in school.

Another print which is almost sold out is this Sea Holly House print, made in 2020.
This is very much from the era when I was making "construtions" of things like driftwood, pebbles and rope.
It is printed in three colours and is A4 in size. An edition of 30.
A 2019 revision keeps the underlying plus structure but adds flowing waves of colorful hatching.
CMY on 11”x15” watercolor paper using a vintage HP 7585B pen plotter generated and controlled with Python.

After I did the Cover Story range, I then made this "Farm Yarns" range. These are the cushions. I also did a lampshade and a tea towel.
In the same Cover Story range as the cushions I posted yesterday, here is the lampshade I printed and made.
It features blowing leaves, trees and a badger.
When I started printing I made homewares, like these cushions. I really like them but they didn't sell very well!
A week tomorrow we will be setting up at the wonderful Hepworth Wakefield Print Fair!
It's such a lovely venue and the print fair is alwasy really fresh and exciting. And I tend to get some Christmas presents there.

I have finally done something! Started cutting out the paper cuts, painting them black and glueing them down onto polyester.
The world feels extra sucky at the mo - esp after a certain 
came back on the scene and the complete shit show that was yesterday - what a disgrace! Expect some of my upcoming work to be me attempting to process this distressing world 
But at least it’s sunny out and after some life admin today I’m going to go for a good Sunday detox walk along the coastal path I think to blow the doom away!

Apparently it’s National Tooth Fairy Day
I made this linocut when my son lost his first tooth. I made him (and several other small children) little tooth fairy shaped pockets in which to hide their teeth to exchange them for cash.
Here's something else I made...a coastal scene in laser cut poplar which I hand printed. Five colours.
I don't know if I'm going to make more than the initial run but it was great fun to do!
