JD Vance has scaled back old man Trump&#39;s lavish claims, of Haitian migrants stealing and eating household pets, to the leaner lie of migrants stealing geese from a park and eating them. Once they have finished racistly trashing Haitians without cause, they may find time to think about the healthcare needs of Americans. Or not.
