I read this thread, this AM, about how the ARRL is bullying hams who produce and share learning content.

mastodon.radio/@abraxas3d/1109

In the thread, some people mention getting a thumb drive of learning content from their local club, and that got me thinking about what a great idea that is.

If I wanted to make such a thumb drive repo of learning content for new and future hams, what should I put on it?

I'll take everyone's recommendations and (1) make a thumb drive for my new club, and (2) post the list on a web page to get the ARRL grumpy.

Mastodon.RadioAbraxas3d W5NYV (@abraxas3d@mastodon.radio)There's something that's happened recently over at the #arrl, which is the national #hamradio organization for the USA. ARRL identified, by name, clubs and organizations that produce educational videos as "being in competition with" the ARRL "Learning Center". ARRL then retaliated against these clubs and organizations, calling them up and stating that these organizations *would be excluded from ARRL publications and partnerships* Firsthand, #qsotoday and #ratpac are affected. This is bad.
