I don’t mind eating greasy food with my fingers, but hate rubbing butter into flour so I don’t make pastry. I abhor grisly good in my mouth. High pitched noises & bass sound effects. Flashing lights. Overheated rooms, shops etc. Crappy loud music in shops or anywhere.
Lots of different natural flavours & scents, flowers, nature more generally be it arid, rainforest or sea, smoochy cats, children’s laughter…

I had a hard time with uhhh multi textured food. Like steak--I wanted hot dogs as a kid. That was the only time I ever got catered to like that. I did eventually figure out I was getting a raw deal.
It took me until I was thirty years old to not skeeve at chicken wings.
I'm just adding some data to your query.

We ate a lot of cheap cuts of meat when I was a kid. I didn’t mind slightly tough, but when a big streak of gristle ran through it & wasn’t slow cooked long enough…
Reading that actually made me queasy.
It can be overcome, though. Now I eat damn near anything. Except rhubarb (yuck) and octopus (too smart).
Oh! I thought it was just me. For some reason, when I got to my mid-30s, my taste was no longer sensitive like it used to. I tested it too, ate the stuff I really detest before and it was "fine". But my memories of why I hated certain food and tastes were still strong.
Today, I think my taste is hypo? Some food tastes bland to me. And when I cook, people complain it's too salty but it's always just right for me.
I even stopped caring if the food is tasteless. It's like, "brain, it's food, we need to eat". But the NTs around me are the usual.
