The IRS knows where undocumented Americans live because immigrants have been paying billions of dollars into our "entitlement" programs without collecting any of it.
By definition, the people in this data set are hard-workers for our economy

Undocumented Immigrants Contribute Nearly $100 Billion in Taxes a Year

@cdarwin Another outrage! So wrong!
@cdarwin I haven’t collected any of mine, am I an immigrant?
@cdarwin
The arbitrary and indefinite detention of people without any judicial process is contrary to the rule of law and is the Modus Operandi of dictatorships. Such persons who no process to appeal to by which they might be release - soon or ever. And taking them to off-shore enclaves make sit even harder for their human rights to be protected. Australia has been doing this for decades - unlawfully - and it was recently found to be unconstitutional.
@cdarwin I think the takeaway here is "don't pay taxes" ?
@cdarwin This also incentivizes undocumented workers to give false address info to taxing authorities – turning them into lawbreakers who therefore are even easier to deport.
Ugly.
