Talking about personal experience is allowed but without attacking all kind of people.
@admin @rperez I wanted to make a suggestion purely around the language (not the substance) of the new term. I'm hoping this helps clarify what you're saying in the new term. This way it's easier for others to understand/interpret/follow the new term - which I think is great.
My suggestion is to say instead "You are encouraged to share your personal experiences here. But in doing so, please do not engage in personal attacks or make broad statements that attack/offend others - simply because of who they are."
But I'm happy to work on the language/phrasing more if it will be helpful. Also happy for you to completely ignore all of this :D . But this is part of the curse of my being a professional/trained writer :P .
