hi, i’m still trying to crowdfund for survival fund GFM so that i can cover essential bills/costs like rent, utilities, food, etc. i’m a disabled queerean survivor & i can’t work atm. i’ve also had to postpone my studies for several years now due to the poor state of my health.

my ssi increased by $60 but my ebt decreased by more last yr. i could rly use any help i could get, i wouldn’t always be begging for aid if i didn’t. i still need $14, 314 to reach my survival fund goal. if you could donate &/or help me crowdfund, it’d rly help me out. any donation amount is helpful ♡

hi everyone before diving into the update, i wanted to thank you all again for your donations & overall support ♡ i’m at a critical point in my treatment & i can almost see myself being well enough to not need so much outside help (not that there’s anything wrong with needing help). i meant that i can see myself going after my own dreams, going back to school & stabilizing. but everything always seems to go wrong whenever i get this close so it’s scary. whenever i get this close to being okay(-ish), something bad—like a loved one being dying, losing a loved one some other way, ED relapse, medicaid randomly revoking coverage of my meds, or a trusted member of my treatment team unfairly forcing hospitalization on me—happens. they don’t just happen one at a time. it’s like
some bad domino effect where they all happen one after another & recovering from it takes a while. but this time every single member of my treatment team is amazing & while it took a long while for me to trust, i trust them now (not 100% there yet but closest i’ve been in forever). i’ve come far in terms of trauma therapy—there’s still a lot more to cover when you’ve lived a life like mine with caretakers who lived lives like theirs. but still, i’ve been able to address a bunch of things. anyways, the reason why i’m mentioning all this isn’t just to update but also to explain one of the biggest reasons i’m reaching out for help. financial stress is a lot & it’s hard to focus on just me & my health when i have so many things to worry about. i can’t do much about majority of the things that weigh heavily on my mind. in
terms of my financial issues, i can’t work at the moment nor is SSI even close to enough my essentials. but, i can try to crowdfund so that i can raise enough to help support me while i focus on my health. then, hopefully i can go back to school & work. everything’s still rocky and not 100% stable. but i’ve gotten farther than i’ve been in awhile. if you could help me crowdfund & raise enough donations to reach my survival fund’s goal, it’d really help me out. hope you & all of your loved ones are doing well ♡ stay safe! x jazz
