I have switched off CNN and am starting to feel calmer. I should now make tea - Darjeeling, perhaps?

@jemmesedi Darjeeling is nice, but if you have access, some white tea would likely do the trick better for continued calming.
I'm afraid I don't have any white tea in the house at the moment, but I'll keep your suggestion in mind for future reference. Thanks!
