"That's not a legal argument" is a fairly well known sentence from Judge Juan Manuel Merchan in one of Trump's court misproceedings.

Do you suppose Judge Aileen Cannon has seen or heard it; and, if she has, do you suppose she understands it?

This comes to mind in reference to Trump's lawyers asking Judge Cannon to postpone the documents trial until after the election. Would ruling in favor of Trump be reason enough to disqualify her? When do we get to the point of enough is enough?
