"The World Has Changed" by John Coster is one of the very few topical songs written in the wake of the September 11 terrorist attacks that have held up well in the time since. John Coster would easily make the short list of my favorite songwriters. The lines from this song, quoted in the attachment, are among my favorites from any song.
