aeroTELEGRAPH · Ryanair-Flug ab Köln: Gericht verurteilt Pöbelpassagier zu hoher GeldstrafeEin Gericht in Malta hat einen Passagier der Billigairline zu einer Geldstrafe von 2000 Euro verurteilt. Er hatte am 22. März auf Flug FR5205 von Köln nach Malta an Bord geraucht und Anweisungen der Crew missachtet. Der Mann bekannte sich schuldig. Ryanair begrüßte das Urteil und betonte seine Null-Toleranz-Politik gegenüber Fehlverhalten an Bord. Die Airline will auch künftig mit Reiseverboten, der Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden und zivilrechtlichen Schritten gegen störende Passagiere vorgehen, um die Sicherheit und den Komfort für Reisende und Crew zu gewährleisten.
