#Boasberg was seeking the departure information from the most obvious source, the guilty party. If the #Trump lawyers refuse under the State Secrets Doctrine, Boasberg will get the information another way, then have to go through the rigamarole of verfiying it. But he will.

The decision is 2-1, w/ Trump appointee Judge Walker dissenting [shocker] on jurisdictional [technical, not merits] grounds, arguing the lawsuit should have been brought in Texas.
