I've just read Arthur Conan Doyle's The Story of the Lost Special for the first time. I was surprised to find Sherlock Holmes making an indirect appearce. I wonder how many other Doyle stories he guests in?

WALTER MOSLEY’S INIMITABLE, elegant and eloquent style rolls through the pages of this high-intensity noir starring his detective Joe King Oliver and a cast of other larger than life characters. Satisfying take on the “lawless paladin” theme. B PLUS

This is day 17 of #100DaysToOffload
I finished The Murder on the Links!
That was quite the solution for this case, I rather liked it!
Review coming soon, one day
I was a little dubious of this book at first, but it’s great fun. Only 3 chapters in but a very good read for vinyl nuts who happen to like detective novels. I’m already hooked. #vinyl #bookstodon #DetectiveFiction

Holmes wouldn't know - he wouldn't of had a clue to what happen to that nag, if the dog had barked. And don't get me going on that Baskerville Hound - animal abuse plain and simple, but does anybody care!?
