Question for #harp players (or others who know):

Is this reasonably playable? Tempo is quarter = 68.

If so, which is a better way to notate it?

Here's option 1, with relatively intelligible pitch spellings. This way, I hope the pedaling isn't too bad, since you can keep one foot on C and the other on E the whole time, but I think you might get unwanted buzzing, especially when the E changes in m4.
