I call. No reply. I leave a voice message and I send an email about trying to help them.
Called again 5 minutes later.
This is half an hour ago. Still no response. Because urgent, you know.
Halfway through February a few bigwigs decided on needing a secure environment we've never set up before.
Today I get the request to set it up, and can it be ready by the end of this week.
I have my doubts...
