This is purely anecdotal but I spent days in a hospital (twice) in a respirator mask and my oxygen level was 99 to 100% the whole time. And I don’t have long Covid because I’ve never caught Covid, and I’ve been wearing respirator masks everywhere in public for almost five years now.
