Disappointed to learn the #UniversityOfSussex has been fined by the government’s Office for Students for apparently failing to uphold so-called freedom of speech. Seems like a crock to me. A ‘chilling effect’ on the freedom of #GenderCrits to espouse theoretical transphobic views is now replaced by the chilling effect on the reality of trans people’s rights to exist & assert their validity
