Für mich DIE große Frage: wird der 3 Tron-Film mit dem Soundtrack-Niveau seiner Vorgänger mithalten können? #WendyCarlos, dann #DaftPunk mit Joseph Trapaneses Hilfe hamm jeweils legendär innovative bzw. geile Scores für die Vorgänger geschaffen.

It was incredible to watch this biography of this amazing woman that just happens to be a trans woman. Without her, today's music landscape would be vastly different.
I grabbed the vinyl for "The Well-Tempered Synthesizer" at the thrift store last year.
My first attempt at digitizing the album failed, perhaps because Audacity got short-changed on the Linux CPU and dropped so many audio packets.
So, I managed to get a copy of #WendyCarlos's #SwitchedOnBach on CD a while back, but last I checked it's still difficult to get anything of hers other than her soundtrack work. Anyone have any leads on where to get more of her music? Like, anywhere other than Amazon? Her website (which hasn't updated since '09 it looks like) says she's lost control of the publishing rights for her music. >.<
Wendy Carlos with the Moog System 55 a staple in her solo projects and iconic #film scores, including for Kubrick's 'A Clockwork Orange'.
Carlos is a pioneer with influential albums and scores. She provided technical advice to Robert Moog during the development of the Moog #Synthesizer, an instrument that would revolutionize the music landscape. Her album 'Sonic Seasonings' (1972) is an early example of an #ambient record, years before the term "ambient" was even coined!
