I also learned that there are #repairCafe events all over the country, visit one and get someone to help you fix your broken thing.
Or go and help fix broken things, if you have the skills.

Booked an appointment with EAP for next week. EAP, employee assistance programme, is a great counselling service available in #aotearoa #NewZealand. If your work place has it, you can address work or personal issues that are worrying you. And there is a 24/7 1800 number. I have used them before and this time I want some practical advice on some work dynamic issues. #mentalhealth
