As #Trump arrives at his inauguration, Cannon has yet to rule on whether members of Congress can review Vol. 2 of the special counsel’s final report.

Whether anyone ever sees that report will likely come down to FOIA litigation.

The filing pointedly tells Cannon that her review of the report is “not necessary” to determine whether it should be made available to members of Congress.
