Saturday is the next @friendsofccmusic North America meeting but there will be some discussion that will likely determine some things for the global org, like how we deal with the regional orgs on the website.

If you aren't on the invite and would like to be, lmk.

We really need input from #musicians on where they want the org to go. if payment is a priority then that's going to rule out being a 501(c)(3). it's very important that we get this right.

@dlikdh just to be clear the nightly working sessions are not solely for the website but that's probably where a lot of the work is going to go pre-25th. Do you have access to the website backend?

will have to think hard about how to deal with #netlabels so as to not duplicate the work of NLG. Perhaps @blocsonic would be interested in making NLG an official #FCCM project.

@wjmaggos did the redesign work but I think there's a curation page. that's probably the best spot for @clongclongmoo .

@blocsonic idk if there will be time on the 25th but we really need a good chart site. I know there have been attempts. personally, I thought cchits was great but the GMA and Jamendo charts are a joke. #ccmusic. like, there's no way stuff from 2014 should still be trending. or I mean ok, maybe occasionally but cchits actually had logic to account for the bias of the chart and that's really needed when you aren't talking about sales. #netlabels
