Anyone have any leads on a retailer of acorn flour in Canada? Like, we have so many oak trees, and I know it was a traditional ingredient for people here. It seems kinda bonkers that the only non-American retailer that I can find is Turkish.

Being an oldish codger myself, I felt sympathy for this rather decrepit hollow oak tree that I encountered when wandering through the local woods this morning.
All that unseasonal greenery comes courtesy of a row of holly trees, including an old one growing to the left of the oak and seeming to partially prop it up.

November 29th 2022; autumnal colours but the #Trees are still hanging on to most of their leaves.

Late afternoon #WinterSun in the #OakTrees in the back garden. About as much light as we’ve had all day. Just as I was taking the picture I was buzzed by Roger Daltrey in his not so light microlight!
