I haven't done a Tune Tuesday in a while. I dont really work out, but when I did, including running, it had to be Power Metal. It is up-beat, positive, and with a great gallop. Here's one of my favorite songs to work out to, plus it could *totally* be part of a montage.
I've said this before, but this is a song that is good for lifting heavy things.

I don’t exercise very often, but when I do, I like to listen to eighties music.
This is one of the first soundtracks I owned (on cassette!) when I was a kid. It even has a track titled "Training Montage" which is why it immediately came to mind, but this cut is more steadily uptempo, making it a better choice for an actual workout.
