A day late, but this is the lighthouse at Portland Bill. My brother and his wife just moved to Portland, so Mrs. RiS and I snuck in a quick visit.

The light house at Portland Bill is banded red and white. The for foreground is rock and grasses, the sky is blue and streaked with high, thin white cloud.
