Had the Strymon BigSky still hooked up from the previous tune, so instead of getting out the delay pedal, I searched for a video to see if you can configure delay on the BigSky. Found some useful info. I tweaked a factory preset and saved a great slapback delay setting. Put down a test track and it sounds pretty good. Cool feature!
Most of my pedals do just one thing.
I just got my first pedal that has presets. It's a 10x12" DigiTech thing with a matrix of voices, drives, delays, mods, and reverbs.
I appreciate it, but I'm not sure that I like it.
But it's cool that it does ring mod and pitch shift. I didn't have those before.
@strayhorse I always had the impression Strymon were genuine enthusiasts, and this just strengthens it. Neat feature!
