But what's worrying me is . In 2019, I was hospitalized because I lacked K. The doctor also said my heart would've stopped anytime if we delayed rushing to the ER further.

It was that bad and I don't want a repeat of it. So far my K is on a good level, but I have to check regardless.

The thing with Potassium (K), if you lack or exceed, it is dangerous. You have to keep it within the expected range.
