#WordWeavers Mar 29: What superpower would best suit your MCs, in the context of their story?
They already have super powers.
Of course, those powers also drive them towards psychopathy.
It's the force. They have the force.

#ScribesAndMakers Mar 28. What would your best creative life look like if not bound by reality?
A room by myself with a window overlooking nature, a really comfy chair, and a computer. Forever.
(Obviously, I take breaks to do other things and see my family and stuff.)
(And being super famous and beloved would be great.)
#WordWeavers Mar 28: What gives your characters a sense of self-worth or meaning in their life?
At first, their ability to survive by leaning on each other, and later, by fighting back.
#WritersCoffeeClub Mar 28: Happy Respect Your Cat Day! Who or what accompanies you when you write?
I have cats. They hang in the office. Sometimes, one of the curls up in front me, against my chest, while I work.
THE SIMPLE LIFE
"Do you know what was most interesting about living in the past?"
"Ugh. This again."
"I know you don't believe me—"
"Why would I? How could I?"
"—but I spent six years in the 1320s."
"So you say."
"Anyway, the most interesting thing is that it wasn't a 'simpler time.'"
"Who said it would be? I never thought it would be."
#WritersCoffeeClub Mar 27: What’s the strangest situation or place where you’ve written?
I guess final exams? Sometimes, if it's a small class, I would write at the front of the room while they wrote their tests.
#WordWeavers Mar 27: What small precious memento does a character keep on their person? What makes it precious?
She didn't manage to keep a hold of all her stuff. She was abducted in the middle of the night, grabbed what she could, and then slowly lost it all.
#ScribesAndMakers Mar 27. Were you ever discouraged by great art of someone else?
I watch a lot of bad TV and think, "I can do better!" And I write. I read a lot of good books and think, "I can do this!" And I write.
I read Catherynne M. Valente, and think, "Holy shit! I cannot do that!" And I do not write.
#PennedPossibilities 626 — MC POV: Are you afraid of your capabilities?
"I killed someone."
#PennedPossibilities 625 How physically fit are your characters? Does it factor into your WIP in any way?
My protagonist was a child gymnast, and it means she's extremely ready to learn to fight with a sword. It's a whole thing. The rest of her friends have to learn, too, but they're not great at it.
#ScribesAndMakers Mar 26. Ask the expert: if you're a specialist in something, would you answer questions for writers/artists regarding your specialty?
Sure, why wouldn't I?
#WordWeavers Mar 26: Is there live theater in your world? Do your characters engage with it?
Presumably, yes, but it hasn't come up.
#WritersCoffeeClub Mar 26: About which format or style choices are you the most uncertain?
Chapter length. I really have no idea what I'm doing with chapters. I'm considering not bothering with them and just stringing hundreds of scenes together.

#WritersCoffeeClub March 25: Describe your workflow if it had to be 100% analog.
Write on paper. Write scenes as separate little units. Put scenes in file folders. Rearrange scenes in folders and fill in missing ones as necessary.
#WordWeavers Mar 25: Is the way your MC presents themselves their true self, or are they hiding a lot?
She is who she is. She wasn't raised to pretend to be anything else. Being abducted into a cult forced her to learn.
#PennedPossibilities 623. In theory, what would be your SC’s weapon of choice?
They all make Maxwell swords: a zone of intense heat created by drawing in all the hot particles and pushing out all the cold ones (with telekinesis, naturally). I did belatedly realize I totally forgot to account for radiation... and I'm ignoring it.
