I think Jeju is Kdrama' s Top-location for many Kdramas playing in ancient times and modern times, and all periods in between.

So I started watching #Unmasked a couple of weeks ago but somehow lost interest Kim Hye Soo’s character was like a recycled combo version of her characters in Signal and Juvenile Justice, and I could not get past Jung Su Il’s turn from the very sexy and charismatic Ha Do Young in The Glory to the bumbling “rebellious” Han Do in this drama. Maybe I’ll give it another shot later this week? #kdrama

Into episode 13/16 in #KDrama #CheckInHanyang and one advantage of having zero interest in the OTP romance (and increasingly loathing the sight of the ML) is that I'm FFing so much I might get the whole Drama finished before bed time

30 minutes ago I said "I'd very much rather have no romance than poorly executed romance or romance that doesn't add anything to the story." After episode 12/16 of #KDrama #CheckInHanyang I consier it a PRIME example. The romance feels forced, like it was added 'because it had to be'. A romance with the 2ML would have made more sense, but even better imo would have been no romance at all. The whole Sungyungkwan Scandal shtick could have been dropped, in favour of a true Musketeers vibe

So, it's TERRIBLE for her to keep a "secret" that anyone with more than one synapse would figure out in a heartbeat, but it's perfectly ok for him to keep an ACTUAL secret, and to feel no shame in having tried to steal from her? I may have been underwhelmed by the FL up to this point in #KDrama #CheckInHanyang but the ML is actively odious.
